The Order of Oddfish

The Boston 2020-2021 90-Second Newbery Film Festival: Online Screening!

Hello, Boston fans of the 90-Second Newbery Film Festival! Usually, we do our screenings live at libraries and theaters around the country. However, we had to cancel last year’s March screening at the Boston Public Library at the last minute because of the pandemic. (And obviously, there won’t be any live March screenings in Boston in 2021, either!)

Instead, we are going to do an ONLINE screening of the 90-Second Newbery Film Festival. On March 20, 2021 at 3 pm EST, the Boston 90-Second Newbery Film Festival will premiere right here on this page via an embedded YouTube, hosted by film festival founder James Kennedy (author of The Order of Odd-Fish) and author Keir Graff (The Tiny Mansion, The Phantom Tower, and The Matchstick Castle).

We’ll watch the best kid-made 90-Second Newbery videos from the Boston area from both 2020 and 2021, and from all around the country!

You won’t want to miss it! But actually, it’s okay if you miss it, because the video of the show will be available on this page permanently after the premiere as well. So even if you can’t be there for the premiere on March 20 at 3 pm, you’ll always be able to come back to this page and see the Boston 2021 90-Second Newbery Film Festival.

Bookmark this page, and see you back here on March 20, 2021! To learn more about the 90-Second Newbery Film Festival, including contest rules and details on how to participate next year, please visit our official website at www.90secondnewbery.com.

Thanks to the Boston Public Library for making this possible!
